Food Safety

The Assure Consulting team continues to be part of the Commonwealth Government's pandemic response to COVID-19. Since 2021 the Assure Consulting crew have assisted in the development and establishment of over 25 speciality food premises as part of a new National Food Franchise. Expertise in specialist town planning, food safety and project management were required throughout the project.
